Founding Member, AI Workflows
About Pallet
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.
Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time, and integrate directly with customer systems.
As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics.
Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech.
About the opportunity:
- We’re hiring a Founding Member, AI Workflows — a product-minded, technical, customer-facing builder who will define how Pallet’s AI Agents connect to real customer systems and operational workflows.
- You’ll sit close to Product, Engineering, and Sales. You’ll map messy processes, design workflow architectures, build lightweight validations, and turn successful patterns into repeatable product features. You’ll work directly with enterprise logistics teams and shape the blueprint for how Pallet deploys AI across the industry.
- This is a true 0→1 role. Nothing is inherited. You’ll create the workflows, patterns, and systems that Pallet will use to scale into a multibillion-dollar business.
Why this role is different:
- Founding member of the AI Workflow function — design the playbook from the ground up.
- Blend product thinking, workflow architecture, and applied AI — not a traditional SE or PM role.
- Work directly with enterprise operators to see how logistics truly runs.
- Learn and apply our AI agent stack end-to-end: browser automation, voice AI, memory/RAG, system integrations.
- Your work becomes part of Pallet’s long-term product DNA.
How you will make an impact:
- Map and deeply understand customer workflows across TMS, WMS, ERP, email, and browser-based systems.
- Translate operational pain points into structured workflow designs and clear requirements for AI Agents.
- Build quick prototypes and validations using Zapier, Retool, APIs, or our internal agent frameworks.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn validated patterns into scalable product features.
- Support enterprise sales cycles by scoping workflows, validating data paths, and designing proofs of value.
- Create internal frameworks, workflow libraries, and repeatable patterns that increase delivery speed.
- Bring field insights back into Product — influence roadmap direction and integrations strategy.
- Travel onsite to see operations firsthand and design better automations.
Preferred experience:
- 4–8 years in product-facing roles such as Product Integrations, Business Operations, Product Solutions, Forward Deployed Product, or Technical Product work (bonus: experience in SE/Implementation is welcome but not required).
- Strong product and technical fluency — able to reason about APIs, data schemas (JSON), system behavior, and how workflows should be designed end-to-end.
- Experience shaping or building workflow automations or AI-driven systems (browser automation, RAG, voice AI, etc.).
- Comfortable creating quick prototypes and validations using tools like Zapier, Make, Retool, or Postman.
- Excellent communicator who can translate between operators, engineers, and executives.
- High curiosity and adaptability — enjoys ambiguous problem spaces, rapid iteration, and building the first version of a system.
