About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry that still runs on spreadsheets, email, and manual workflows. We’re automating the logistics back office, from scheduling shipments and setting appointments to reconciling invoices and managing loads.

We’ve raised $50M from top-tier investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures, and in under two years we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility and control for logistics operators, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As logistics providers increasingly turn to generative AI to drive efficiency, Pallet is leading the way — with deep industry expertise, cutting-edge AI capabilities, and momentum toward building the next $10B+ company in logistics.

Join us to work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more, and help shape the future of logistics tech.

Location: This is an in-office role based in our San Francisco office (5-minute walk from Montgomery BART).

You could be a Content & Social Manager anywhere — why Pallet?

  • Join a well-funded, high-growth startup on the path to IPO ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in under 2 years)

  • Help transform a massive, traditional industry and scale a company toward a $10B+ outcome

  • Own a highly visible function at a company becoming the face of AI in logistics

About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Content & Social Manager to make Pallet impossible to ignore.

This role exists to build engagement, awareness, and narrative leadership through world-class content and social distribution. You’ll own how Pallet shows up publicly — across social channels, video, and written content — and help turn our executives, operators, and customers into a true media engine for the company.

This is a creative, high-ownership role for someone who understands how ideas spread, how LinkedIn works, and how to build momentum through taste, storytelling, and execution.

Why This Role Is Different

  • You’ll be building one of the first true B2B media engines in logistics

  • You’ll have direct access to executives, customers, and real industry stories

  • You’ll combine creative work with strategic ownership and real distribution

  • Your work will shape how an entire industry understands AI in logistics

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Own Pallet’s social presence:
Run Pallet’s social accounts and editorial calendar; publish consistently from the Pallet handle in partnership with leadership and the broader team.

  • Turn ideas into engagement:
Transform internal ideas, customer wins, and industry insights into content people actually want to engage with.

  • Run Supply Chain Insiders:
Own production and distribution of Pallet’s video interview series — coordinate guests, shape narratives, and turn long-form interviews into weeks of high-impact social content.

  • Create high-taste content:
Produce written, visual, and video content that positions Pallet as the category leader in AI for logistics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and customers to surface and tell the best stories.

  • Obsess over performance:
Experiment, iterate, and double down on what works — measuring success by reach, engagement, and conversation, not just output.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong creative taste across social, writing, and video

  • Proven track record of building a media presence (company brand or personal brand)

  • Deep understanding of how content spreads on LinkedIn

  • Comfort working directly with executives and shaping their public voice

  • High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
