Your Role: DevOps Engineer – Azure

As a DevOps Engineer – Azure, you will be the bridge between development, operations, and security, enabling faster delivery of reliable and secure applications. You’ll design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure in Azure, automate processes, and ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines run smoothly. You’ll collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to bring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

• Automation & Scripting: Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Monitoring & Reliability: Implement observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics) to track system performance, availability, and security.

• Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices across Azure services, manage role-based access control (RBAC), and ensure compliance with governance policies.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and operational excellence.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of Azure’s evolving services, tools, and best practices to proactively improve our environments.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments.

• Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

• Solid knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates).

• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS, Kubernetes).

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics.

• Familiarity with networking concepts in Azure (VNets, NSGs, load balancers, firewalls).

• Experience with security practices, RBAC, identity management, and compliance in Azure.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Helm charts, Ansible, or other automation/configuration tools.
