Your Role

To support a strategic modernization project of one of our client, we are looking for a Tech Lead / Go Architect to drive the refactoring of a critical platform:

• Design and implement a structured refactoring strategy for an existing Go codebase.

• Conduct code audits, identify technical debt, propose and lead correction initiatives.

• Redefine the software architecture, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting Go best practices and coding standards.

• Implement modern CI/CD pipelines, automate testing and deployment.

• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical goals.

• Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to empower internal teams post-refactor.

Who You Are

• Proven experience (7+ years) in backend development, with deep expertise in Go (Golang).

• Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and large-scale refactoring.

• Mastery of performance optimization, application security, and distributed systems (microservices, cloud-native architecture).

• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

• Natural leadership skills with a passion for mentoring technical teams.

• Solution-oriented mindset with technical rigor and agility.

• Fluent in professional English is a plus.
