YOUR ROLE
As a principal partner, you will lead the development of PALO IT’s strategic client portfolio.
In your role as a senior advisor, you will align technological solutions with your clients’ business challenges and ensure the success and profitability of projects.
As a principal partner, your missions will be :
- Client and relationship management
- Develop and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with senior client stakeholders ;
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning our technology consulting expertise with client needs. Identify value in the ambiguity and uncertainty of the current Tech and Business environments where all trends and tensions compete. ;
- Lead client engagements, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Business development and sales
- Work with regional managing directors and sales teams to develop sales strategies ;
- Own and drive a multi-million-dollar revenue portfolio, meeting or exceeding sales targets ;
- Identify and convert business opportunities through consultative selling and executive-level engagement ;
- Partner with delivery leadership to align technology solutions with business outcomes ;
- Develop proposals, lead negotiations, and close complex deals.
- Industry and strategy leadership
- Define and execute industry-specific strategies for client growth and digital transformation ;
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, positioning our firm as a thought leader ;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Delivery and profitability oversight
- Work cross-functionally with technology, delivery, and business teams to ensure successful project execution ;
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of solutions, maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
WHO YOU ARE
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or technology sales,
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets,
- Deep expertise in a specific industry (e.g., Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, etc.),
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with client business objectives,
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives,
- Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive complex projects to success,
- Ability to collaborate in a global, matrix team environment.
POSITION DETAILS
- Based in Paris, hybrid work model (at least 3 days/week in the office)
- Travel may occasionally be required depending on assignments and clients
