THE ROLE 

The Chief of Staff acts as a trusted partner and proxy to the CEO in leading and executing strategic and confidential initiatives. 

This is a high-impact role with a focus on Support to the CEO’s business development activities, the Group Corporate Governance, and HR support to our leadership team. 

You operate at the heart of the company’s transformation contributing to both strategic direction and hands-on execution. Your ability to connect the dots across functions and orchestrate high-level initiatives makes you a key enabler of the company agenda and vision. 

 

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT TO THE CEO 

  • Actively manage business development and prospection efforts with the CEO: 
  • Identify target audiences, define outreach strategy, and execute campaigns 
  • Seamlessly manage and help facilitate meetings 
  • Manage CEO speaking opportunities, curating event participation, and promoting CEO thought leadership. 

 

2. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE 

Global Governance 

  • Lead the orchestration of global governance ceremonies including Board/EXCOM meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, and Year-End strategic planning. 
  • Ensure successful delivery of global strategic initiatives through structured roll-outs and ongoing coordination with key functions. 
  • Support continuous improvement of internal governance frameworks and decision-making processes. 

 

Shareholding & Confidential Operations 

  • Act as a proxy to the CEO for high-stakes or sensitive initiatives, including strategic investments or spin-offs. 
  • Support the CEO in shareholding-related matters, including drafting, updating, and managing signatures for Shareholders’ Agreements. 
  • Help define and evolve the company’s employee shareholding strategy, exploring the next phase of employee equity plans. 

 

3. HR SUPPORT TO THE LEADERSHIP TEAM 

  • Oversee and coordinate key movements for global leaders: recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, role changes, and offboarding. 
  • Manage annual reviews, contract updates, and compensation processes for the CEO’s direct reports  
  • Manage succession planning for leadership teams.

YOUR BACKGROUND & SKILLS 

  • Experience:  
  • 6 to12 years of experience. 
  • Experience in global and multicultural environments. 
  • Experience interacting with senior executives. 
  • Fluent in English and French, Spanish is a bonus 
  • Background in Consulting or Tech firm is a plus. 

Location: Role based in Paris or Barcelona office.
