Senior QA Automation Engineer

Your Role 

Your main responsibilities will be to 

• Lead the charge on maintaining and improving our QA Automation framework.
• Work with a small and nimble engineering team to ensure that new features are continually shipped with the highest quality and automation coverage.
• Collaborate with key partners including product management, data science, behavioral health specialists.
• Review and maintain test case design in TestRail.
• Support performance testing processes and script maintenance.

• Technologies required:  Java, REST-Assured, Cucumber, , JavaScript, performance testing, Data Driven Testing, groovy scripting. 
• Desirable technologies: Junit, TestNG, Screenplay, Serenity, Python, Locust, Cypress, Appium, Argo, Concourse, Docker, Grafana, GIT, Jira, SQL

Additional Technical Requirements

• Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its principles, including SOLID, encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism.
• Ability to apply software design best practices in automated testing frameworks and solutions.

Highly Valued Additional Knowledge

• Practical experience with AI-powered tools for development and testing, such as: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions.
• Ability to integrate AI into automation and quality workflows.
• Experience experimenting with or adopting emerging AI tools for code generation, auto-review, or AI-assisted debugging.
