YOUR ROLE:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving PALO IT's brand presence and growth initiatives as the main marketing professional in Singapore. You'll create compelling content, manage strategic industry partnerships, and deliver high-impact events that showcase our expertise in digital transformation, AI, and sustainability.
This is a well-rounded marketing role that blends content creation with partnership management and event execution. It's ideal for someone who can work independently, has strong writing skills, and thrives in building relationships with industry partners whilst delivering measurable marketing outcomes in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with PALO IT's mission of crafting technology as a force for good
- Create, curate, and manage content across LinkedIn, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership articles
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key industry partners, particularly Microsoft and other strategic technology partners
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, co-hosted events, and collaborative content with partner organisations
- Plan and execute high-impact external industry events from concept to completion, including logistics, speaker coordination, and ROI measurement
- Manage PALO IT's social media presence and LinkedIn strategy to build thought leadership and engage target audiences
- Produce marketing collateral including success stories, partnership case studies, and award submission materials
- Analyse marketing performance across all channels and provide regular insights and recommendations to the Managing Director
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- Support business development by creating compelling proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies relevant to B2B technology consultancy
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have 4-5 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably within consultancy or professional services
- You've managed industry partnerships and coordinated joint marketing initiatives with technology partners
- You're an excellent writer with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content
- You're experienced in event management, from planning high-impact industry events to managing logistics and measuring success
- You're proficient in LinkedIn marketing, content management, and basic design tools
- You have strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and providing data-driven insights
- You're self-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working independently as the sole marketing team member
- You're collaborative and confident building relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and with external partners
- You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple campaigns whilst meeting tight deadlines
We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
