Your Role 

We’re seeking a versatile FullStack Software Engineer to join our growing delivery team. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern applications using both backend and frontend technologies, collaborating within agile, cross-functional squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable backend services using Java (and optionally C++, Python, or Node.js).

• Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring robustness, security, and performance.

• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.

• Work with both relational (SQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).

• Support containerized deployments using Docker, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent.

• Collaborate with team members in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability.

• Document software solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base.

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.

• Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, with experience in at least one additional language (C++, Python, or Node.js).

• Solid understanding of frontend technologies and modern frameworks like React or Angular.

• Experience working in cloud and on-premise environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Working knowledge of Docker and basic container orchestration concepts.

• Understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and REST API best practices.

• Intermediate level of English (B1): able to understand documentation and participate in technical discussions.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking for troubleshooting and optimizing solutions.

• Team player: thrives in collaborative environments and open to giving and receiving feedback.
