Your Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the core of our most strategic digital transformation projects. You will define robust, scalable, and secure architectures tailored to business needs, drive the adoption of modern cloud-native technologies, and act as a technical guide for engineering teams. Your role is key to ensuring that innovation, performance, and impact are embedded in every product we design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design end-to-end architecture for digital platforms, AI-native solutions, and cloud-native applications.
• Choose the right architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless) and technology stacks.
• Lead architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and cloud best practices.
• Drive the adoption of AI-first engineering and GenAI-enabled SDLC processes.
• Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure secure, automated, and reliable delivery.
• Develop PoCs and guide technical deep-dives with stakeholders and engineering squads.
• Ensure reusability, scalability, maintainability, and sustainability of the proposed architectures.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in solution architecture roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of modern architecture paradigms: microservices, APIs, serverless, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar).
• Solid understanding of security architecture, identity management, and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiar with AI/ML architecture patterns and GenAI integration into delivery pipelines.
• Experience with system integration, legacy modernization, and API strategies (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in architectural documentation (C4 Model, ADRs, Solution Design Documents).
• English (intermediate-advanced level).
