Your Role
As a Senior Manual QA, you will lead and implement testing strategies to ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and reliability. You will be actively involved throughout the product lifecycle from requirements analysis to detailed documentation and promoting quality best practices acting as a bridge between Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.

Design, document, and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Analyze requirements and user stories to ensure they are testable, complete, and aligned with business needs.

Prepare test plans, test data, and test environments, coordinating with development and operations when needed.

Execute tests, report defects with clear reproduction steps, impact, severity, and evidence, and follow up through resolution.

Analyze logs and use debugging tools to help identify the root cause of issues (frontend, backend, data, environment).

Maintain all QA documentation: test cases, execution results, defect reports, regression packs, KPIs, and release notes.

Act as a quality reference within the team, promoting best practices, risk-based testing, and continuous improvement.

Clarify requirements and complete user stories (business rules, flows, and edge cases).

Help translate business needs into clear, testable acceptance criteria and simple process/interaction flows.

Identify impacts and risks when requirements change and reflect them in test scope, documentation, and the regression suite.

6+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years focused on manual testing.

Strong experience designing and executing manual test cases and test plans for complex applications.

Solid knowledge of defect management, regression testing, environments, and test data preparation.

Ability to read and interpret logs and support troubleshooting with the development team.

Very strong documentation skills: you keep test artifacts organized, clear, and up to date.

Analytical mindset: comfortable breaking down flows into scenarios, risks, and priorities from a QA perspective.

Experience working with BAs to refine user stories and acceptance criteria (nice to have, but considered a strong plus).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to explain quality risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus: previous exposure to test automation or close collaboration with automation engineers.
