Your Role

As a Senior .NET Backend Engineer, you will design and build scalable, secure and high-performance backend systems within a modern cloud-native ecosystem.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Model and optimize data access using EF Core, Dapper, and relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
• Apply Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and scalability
• Implement asynchronous communication using messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Integrate caching strategies using Redis and secure systems with OAuth/JWT
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker
• Implement testing strategies (unit, integration) and ensure system reliability
• Drive observability and monitoring using Application Insights / OpenTelemetry
• Participate in technical strategy, architecture decisions, and product roadmap definition
• Perform code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core
• Strong experience with relational databases and schema design
• Hands-on experience with ORM tools (EF Core, Dapper)
• Solid understanding of microservices, API design, and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and caching (nice to have)
• Experience with observability tools (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry) (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of security practices (OAuth, JWT) (nice to have)
