Your Role

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Core within a cloud-native ecosystem.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Model, optimize, and manage data access using EF Core, Dapper, relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases.
• Apply Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and SOLID principles to ensure maintainable and extensible systems.
• Implement asynchronous programming patterns and event-driven architectures using messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Design and integrate caching strategies (Redis) and implement secure authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth/JWT).
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (with evolving cloud exposure).
• Ensure system reliability through testing strategies (unit and integration testing), observability, and monitoring (Application Insights / OpenTelemetry).
• Participate in technical decision-making, architecture definition, and product roadmap discussions.
• Conduct code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers, fostering continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in backend development using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core, with strong technical depth.
• Strong expertise in C# programming, including advanced concepts and best practices.
• Solid experience with relational databases and schema design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with ORM tools such as EF Core and Dapper.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases and understanding their use cases.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with asynchronous programming and messaging patterns in microservices environments.
• Familiarity with event-driven development approaches and architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred, even at a foundational level).
• Knowledge of caching strategies, observability tools (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry), and security practices (OAuth, JWT) is a plus.
