Your Role

As an iOS Developer (Swift), you will build high-impact mobile experiences with a strong focus on quality, performance, and UX. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, production-ready apps. You will have autonomy to drive initiatives end-to-end, maintaining high engineering standards and clear communication that minimizes rework.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, with strong command of advanced language concepts.
• Build interfaces using UIKit and SwiftUI, prioritizing visual consistency, accessibility, and an excellent user experience.
• Define and apply maintainable architectures such as MVVM and/or Clean Architecture (clear layers, responsibilities, and testability).
• Manage data persistence and storage strategies using Core Data, Realm, or advanced local storage approaches.
• Implement concurrency using GCD and/or Swift Concurrency (async/await) to ensure smooth performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, including authentication (OAuth/JWT), error handling, retries, and request optimization (caching, throttling when applicable).
• Actively participate in code reviews, refactoring, and continuous improvement of the codebase.
• Support the full lifecycle: TestFlight, App Store releases, publishing, monitoring, hotfixes, and post-release enhancements.
• Identify technical risks and propose alternatives when requirements impact performance or feasibility, communicating clearly with a value-driven mindset.

Who You Are

• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and its advanced concepts.
• Strong experience with UIKit and SwiftUI (able to choose the right approach depending on the use case).
• Solid knowledge of architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with local persistence using Core Data, Realm, or other robust strategies.
• Strong concurrency skills using GCD and/or Swift Concurrency (async/await).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating authentication (OAuth, JWT) following security best practices.
• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem: TestFlight, App Store, release processes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Able to solve complex problems end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and strong standards for visual quality, UX, and final polish.
• Critical thinking to challenge requirements when they impact performance/feasibility, and propose better solutions.
• Assertive, precise communication focused on concrete actions and reducing rework.
