Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to lead the design and development of complex identity and access management (IAM) solutions. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced IIQ integrations while mentoring junior developers and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Help design and implement advanced SailPoint solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Lead technical work-streams with the development of custom workflows, connectors, and processes.
- Set coding standards, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Development and Optimization:
- Develop and maintain SailPoint configurations, rules, and API integrations.
- Optimize performance and scalability of IdentityIQ components.
- Lead initiatives to automate IAM tasks using scripting and DevOps tools.
Project Management:
- Work closely with technology consultants, project managers, business stakeholders, and security teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as a technical advisor for clients, providing innovative IAM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Oversee the successful deployment and testing of IdentityIQ implementations.
Mentorship and Collaboration:
- Mentor junior developers and guide them in complex technical problem-solving.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring knowledge sharing across the team.
- Provide training and documentation to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint development and integration.
- Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in API development and system integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and governance.
- Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and LDAP directories.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
Preferred:
- SailPoint certifications (e.g., Certified IdentityIQ Engineer).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating IdentityIQ with SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role.

Compensation and Benefits
We pay top-of-market compensation. For this role: $130,000 - $150,000 base + profit share + performance bonus
