What You’ll Get To Do:
- Design, develop, and optimize automated data pipelines with a strong focus on secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Own and evolve data architecture, with attention to privacy and compliance, ensuring data remains secure while satisfying diverse analytics and machine learning needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in data workflows by proposing and implementing best practices, coding standards, and quality control measures.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Business analysis and Product Managers to build next generation data solutions that support diverse and evolving AI use cases.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of technology industry experience, with proven experience architecting and maintaining robust data pipelines in complex environments
- Proficiency in building data pipelines and solutions in Python and/or Kotlin.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies or languages as needed to build scalable, maintainable software.
- Deep understanding of relational, non-relational, time series and vector driven database / storage solutions, with the ability to choose the right solution for a given problem.
- Experience building large scale data pipelines, build data models, normalize and standardize data for the use by various consumers and analysts.
- Experience working with PCI, CCPA, GDPR and similar data privacy regulations.
- Comfortable adapting to new platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, CockroachDB, Kafka) with a growth mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Prior experience working with Analytics, Data Science and Product teams.
