About The Role:
We are a health and wellness-focused startup building AI-powered products designed to help families thrive. As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you’ll play a foundational role in driving research efforts that uncover critical insights into user needs, challenges, and motivations. Being in a 0 to 1 environment, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and refine product strategies from the ground up. What You'll Get to Do:
- Lead large-scale, foundational quantitative research studies, delivering actionable insights to inform product strategy and development.
- Conduct advanced quantitative research, define post-launch product metric tracking, and launch benchmark studies to address complex business questions.
- Design and execute 0 to 1 research initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations that shape early-stage product concepts.
- Define, track and analyze UX metrics such as CSAT, ease of use, and other customer satisfaction indicators to measure product success.
- Develop robust customer segmentation frameworks to understand diverse customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize complex data sets into clear, digestible findings and present them to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What You'll Bring:
- 6-8 years of experience in quantitative research, with a focus on benchmark studies, pricing research, and defining UX metrics.
- Proven track record of designing and executing research studies from inception to reporting.
- Experience with customer segmentation and creating data-driven personas to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with health and wellness-focused research, particularly within a B2C context, and integrating UX research into product development lifecycles.
- Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, experimental design, and survey design.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize datasets into actionable insights and translate them into impactful narratives.
- Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment while balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
