About The Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven Mobile Growth Marketing leader to own and scale user acquisition across paid and organic channels. You’ll lead performance marketing campaigns, optimize App Store presence, and drive top-of-funnel growth strategies including ASO and content experimentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and is passionate about scaling 0-1 mobile apps.

What You’ll Get To Do: 

  • Lead the mobile app growth strategy, including user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across mobile app channels. 
  • Manage ASO efforts (App Store Optimization) to increase visibility and conversion in app stores.
  • Analyze performance and attribution data across acquisition and lifecycle campaigns to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to run A/B tests that improve activation rates, user experience, and conversion funnels.
  • Identify and test new growth channels, tactics, and platforms to unlock incremental app growth.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure and communicate performance to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of growth or performance  marketing experience, preferably with a focus on mobile-first consumer apps.
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile app growth across paid and organic channels.
  • Deep understanding of mobile measurement platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models.
  • Experience running and optimizing campaigns across several UA channels.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative problem-solver with a bias for experimentation and iteration.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
