Pango is looking to add an energetic Associate with 2-3 years of management consulting experience to our team! As part of our finance organization, you will work with senior leaders to  tackle the biggest challenges and highest priorities for the company. From evaluating new product opportunities for the company to supporting high-priority projects, this role provides a tremendous learning environment for a highly motivated strategic thinker. 

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Finance, your work will range from supporting strategic initiatives, running point on board level requests, building business cases, and aiding in the development of the long term organic strategic plan that coincides with the annual long range financial plan. 

Day to Day:

• Support our corporate development efforts by providing essential data, analysis, and market research.
• Build presentations on the analysis of strategic opportunities to varied stakeholders
• Support the creation of materials for communicating business performance to our Executive team, investors and board of directors
• Partner with operating leaders and teams on high-priority projects
• Support the development of long-term business strategy and growth opportunities by combining financial acumen with market knowledge and research
• Build business cases for growth opportunities within the company, partnering across product, go-to-market, and finance teams
• Operate at the highest levels of the business
  
  

What you bring to the table:

• 2-3 years of management consulting, corporate development, corporate strategy, or transactional advisory services experience.  
• Extensive experience building board level presentations and playbooks to be delivered to multiple internal and external audiences as well as strong communication skills.  
• Experience managing investor requests, reporting, and providing standardized information as well as ad hoc communications for investors  
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

It would be great if you also had:

• An MBA
• Given the location of our teams, candidates who are in the Eastern or Central timezones are ideal.

Pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
