The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Go-To-Market team and play a pivotal role in driving product success in the market. This role is perfect for a strategic, hands-on PMM who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and customer insights—someone who can move from positioning strategy to execution with speed and precision.

This role operates as an overlay function across Product, Sales, and Enablement, with a strong external-facing lens. Your north star: drive adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth by deeply understanding our customers, communicating value with clarity, and equipping our teams to win.

What You’ll Do

Market Leadership & Strategic Positioning

  • Define and evolve differentiated messaging and positioning for product lines and customer segments based on a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and buyer needs.
  • Own the articulation of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer personas, and product-market fit—and use those insights to influence roadmap priorities and GTM strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product across the development lifecycle to ensure market, buyer, and competitive insights shape roadmap decisions—and establish feedback loops that keep product teams aligned with evolving customer and market needs.

Go-To-Market Execution

  • Co-lead product and feature launches in partnership with Product—executing the go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with the broader Marketing team to ensure each GTM motion is supported by cohesive campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. This includes content strategy, messaging playbooks, demand gen inputs, and alignment with field marketing and events.
  • Align cross-functional teams across Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Client Partnerships on messaging, positioning and competitive insights to ensure internal readiness and drive external awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Partner with Product on defining launch success metrics, and lead post-launch analysis of PMM strategy to capture insights, assess GTM effectiveness, and inform future GTM motions

Sales & Customer Enablement

  • Create powerful sales collateral and tools with input from Enablement—including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, talk tracks, and objection handling guides—that empower the field to sell with confidence and clarity.
  • In partnership with Enablement, lead product training and rollout for Sales and Customer Success.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive research and win/loss analysis to equip the org with timely, actionable insights.
  • Drive internal visibility of market trends, competitor movements, and pricing dynamics to inform positioning and defend market share.

Customer & Storytelling Advocacy

  • Work with customers to capture impactful testimonials, success stories, and case studies to fuel campaigns, sales, and brand trust.
  • Partner with Brand to ensure message consistency and help elevate Panorama’s position as the category leader in education impact platforms.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of Product Marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven success owning product launches, messaging, sales enablement, and market strategy end-to-end.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product teams to shape roadmap strategy, inform product decisions, and deliver successful, market-ready launches.
  • Experience as a strategic partner to Client Experience and Sales organizations; knows how to advocate for the customer while aligning to business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM-driven products, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complexity into compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a highly collaborative, remote environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action—rolls up sleeves and gets things done.

Base Salary: The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Actual offers will depend on experience, skills, and location.

Our salary is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonuses or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
