Senior Accountant

Pansophic Learning is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support our Corporate Accounting team, with a focus on revenue management and international group oversight. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-changing environment and wants to help build a leading global education company.

This is an in office position in McLean, Virginia.

About the Opportunity

• Maintain and review the general ledger, including journal entries and trial balance oversight
• Perform variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial analysis and provide recommendations on balance sheet and income statement performance
• Manage billing processes for online school customers and maintain customer relationships
• Perform complex accounting initiatives across finance and other departments
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
• Support NetSuite migration for Corporate Accounting
• Opportunities for management of staff

About You

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience 
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
