Summer IT Intern

Pansophic Learning is looking for a qualified intern to join our IT team this summer. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing. 

As the IT Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of data entry work related to school launch and road mapping. 

The intern will be performing various skilled tasks, to include:

  • Erasing and re-imaging Windows devices
  • Enrolling Windows devices into our Microsoft Azure environment
  • Assessing Windows and Chrome devices to determine usability, performance, and compliance
  • Identifying, tagging, and scanning select information technology inventory and assets
  • Querying, verifying, and updating asset management software control systems to reflect item support life remaining, location, funding source, and ownership
  • Updating Chromebooks to latest OS
  • Upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11
  • Assisting with New School Setups and Equipment Moves
  • Working on support tickets, identifying duplicates and addressing
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to think independently and contribute to the overall effort without much direction
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure

The starting hourly rate for this internship is between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
