Purpose of Position
The Marketing Design Coordinator will support the design function within the Global Marketing Team by ensuring all design assets are sourced, organized and available ready for the wider Design Team to use for marketing materials. Primarily, they'll work closely with the Design Lead and Product Strategy Team to obtain the data required to ensure all content held in Pantheon's slide library is kept up to date.
This role requires excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate staff corporate photoshoots and assist the Design Lead with ongoing projects.
A strong creative flair and attention to detail will be required for the design aspect of this role to create engaging PowerPoint slides and other ad-hoc marketing materials where the skillset allows.
Key Responsibilities
- 70% administrative/project coordination & 30% design support.
- Maintain and update Pantheon’s Slide Library, working with teams across the business.
- Coordinate corporate photoshoots, managing schedules and acting as the point of contact.
- Ensure staff biographies and headshots are up to date across internal and external platforms.
- Create basic marketing materials (PowerPoint slides, invitations, Word documents, photo editing in Photoshop), with opportunities to develop Adobe Creative Suite skill.
- Design and manage client email communications using Pantheon’s email marketing platform (Dotmailer).
- Provide proactive project coordination and support ongoing projects, especially in the absence of the Design Lead.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong people skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is beneficial but can be developed on the job.
- Basic photography knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
