Pantheon is a complex business with challenging customers, sharp stakeholders, and an ambition to deliver Operations with the highest degree of efficiency and effectiveness.
The Transaction Control team was formed in January 2020 to improve and monitor the quality of data between Pantheon and 20+ third-party administrators. This is done largely through designing and building reconciliations and quality control checks, engaging directly with stakeholders, and consulting on upstream processes.
The team has completed 150+ process reviews and projects since January 2020 to deliver a streamlined, controlled platform. After building momentum, we’re now ready to take it to the next level. The Senior Analyst role is critical in these plans and will be at the heart of the team as we move in an exhilarating direction to expand our impact across the business. Transaction Control is a close-knit team of six highly engaged team players who balance collaboration and individual achievement to reach mutually advantageous goals.
The next couple of years at Pantheon are set to be even more exciting as Operations transforms into a data-led department, incorporating cutting-edge technologies into its standard operating model. This transformation involves a fundamental redesign of all core processes to ensure they are industry-leading, best-in-class, and scalable for the next generation.
Every step of the way, there will be opportunities for the team to leverage our unique position, develop new processes, and utilize new technology.
The successful candidate will be a growth-mindset individual who thrives when curious, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work daily. There is significant scope for self-development in this role, and you will be actively encouraged and supported to pursue it. We’re looking for a team leader and offer flexibility to engage in technical projects, act as a relationship manager, or become a VBA specialist.
