The Job

This role owns execution and optimization of Panther’s digital demand generation engine. The focus is on scalable pipeline creation through paid media, lifecycle marketing, and organic social programs targeting security practitioners and decision-makers.

This person will act as the primary liaison with Panther’s digital agency and manage day-to-day campaign execution.

The Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital demand generation campaigns
  • Manage paid media strategy and external agency relationships (LinkedIn, programmatic, digital channels)
  • Own organic social media execution and growth
  • Manage execution of influencer marketing programs, including creator coordination, campaign rollout, and integration of influencer content across paid, organic social, and digital demand campaigns.
  • Track and optimize influencer performance, ensuring programs contribute to audience growth, engagement, and pipeline generation.
  • Manage campaign setup across email, landing pages, and digital channels
  • Build and optimize nurture and lifecycle programs within HubSpot in partnership with Marketing Ops
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting aligned with ABM strategy
  • Test messaging, creative, and conversion paths to improve performance
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to support event promotion and follow-up

The Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or ABM.
  • Experience managing multi-touch campaigns and nurturing complex buyer journeys.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
  • Collaborative approach with proven success working cross-functionally with field and partner marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Cash compensation range: $115,000 - $160,000 OTE Annually (90/10 pay split) USD Annually dependent on experience.

The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
