
Warehouse Associate - Warehouse Administrator role

Job Duties
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency between SAP-based NERP/LSP systems and physical warehouse operations.
- Monitor and investigate inventory and transaction discrepancies, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
- Manage inbound/outbound transactions, inventory movements, stock adjustments, and maintain end-to-end data integrity.
- Resolve system-related issues affecting warehouse operations, data flow, and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse administrative records, including assets, equipment, maintenance logs, training, and EHS documentation.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse operational reports and administrative documentation.
- Support the development and standardization of warehouse SOPs and administrative processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Management, and customers to ensure accurate information flow.
- Perform other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics operations.
- Strong experience working with ERP/WMS systems; SAP-based system experience is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail with strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to analyze process gaps and propose standardized solutions.
- Understanding warehouse operations and safety requirements collaborative with both administrative and operational teams.
- Work in a warehouse and office-based environment, with periodic exposure to production and warehouse floors. Requires occasional on-site verification involving walking and standing.
Salary Range
$45,000 - $56,000 CAD
