Papa is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Enterprise Marketing to amplify our presence across the health plan landscape and help drive our next phase of growth. You will shape how we show up to the market—ensuring our value is clearly communicated in prospect conversations, client meetings, conference stages, and digital channels. Your work will directly support new business generation, client expansion, and Papa’s broader reputation as a category-defining partner in member engagement and in-home support.


We’re looking for a marketer who blends enterprise marketing know-how with sharp storytelling instincts. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring order and creativity to ambiguity, and partner seamlessly across teams. Above all, you communicate with clarity, operate with urgency and kindness, and take pride in helping a mission-driven organization stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and compelling assets to support our Sales & Client Success teams, including slide decks, leave-behinds, and proposals, that clearly demonstrate Papa’s value and unique capabilities
  • Help establish and execute a comprehensive conference, webinar, and content strategy across Papa’s lines of business, maximizing every opportunity with ads, flyers, promotional email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Manage direct-to-client communications, including our client newsletter, and support our Client Success team with business reviews and other content development to support client retain and expansion
  • Oversee competitive intelligence and its cadence of updates, along with related materials, ensuring our assets are reflective of Papa’s unique market position
  • Serve as a utility, hands-on player in a lean, high-growth environment

To qualify for this role you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise and content marketing – healthcare industry experience is a plus!
  • Strong skills in crafting written materials and presentations
  • Proven ability to monitor the landscape—competitive intelligence, industry trends and content, internal conversations, and more—to effectively communicate Papa’s unique market position
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple production timelines concurrently, with extraordinary attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing fresh and innovative ideas and content that engages industry stakeholders
  • Proven ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
  • Inclusive collaboration style, a culture giver who has the ability to earn trust and foster positive working relationships
  • A positive, can-do attitude and sense of humor 
  • Preferred, but not required:
    • Graphic design skills and experience
    • Knowledge of Hubspot, Wordpress, and/or Salesforce
