What You'll Do

  • Build User Interfaces: Develop user-facing features using modern frontend technologies like React and Typescript.
  • Ensure Frontend Performance: Optimize scalability and security using best practices in coding and testing.
  • Architect and Innovate: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Tackle deeply technical challenges, balancing trade-offs to deliver secure and compliant solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Champion Engineering Excellence: Lead efforts to refine and advance our engineering practices, ensuring our codebase is high-quality, secure, and performant.
  • Mentor and Grow Talent: Share your expertise with less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a Frontend or Full Stack engineer, focusing on modern web applications.
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Proficiency in frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel, and testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
  • Strong understanding of reusable component development and design systems.
  • Experience with API integration and collaboration with backend teams.
  • Strong passion for UI/UX design, with a focus on accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, designing and deploying scalable, resilient cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins, streamlining the development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills, conveying complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
