Business Development Representative, HME Provider Sales
About the Role
We seek a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in growing our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. The BDR will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers, ensuring a robust sales pipeline for our account executives. This role is critical in driving initial interest, understanding customer needs, and positioning our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound phone calls to prospective HME suppliers.
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating them on the benefits of Parachute and ultimately transferring them to an Account Executive to support our HME supplier expansion.
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects through cold calling, follow-up calls, and emails.
- Act as the subject matter expert on our product offerings/solution development skills with new customers.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experienced with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
- Relentless and curious. A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our partners and internal teams.
- An intellectual curiosity to explore the various areas of technology changing the healthcare landscape

Base Salary Band (based on level and experience)
$58.500 - $70,000 + Commission
