Account Executive - Module Solutions

U.S. Remote

Nearly half of patients needing medical equipment at discharge don’t get it in time. The ordering process is too convoluted and is still primarily handled by fax. These inefficiencies lead to higher cost of care and poorer patient outcomes. In the most extreme cases, this equipment means life or death. At Parachute Health, it is our mission to make sure that every patient gets what they need, when they need it. We achieve this by driving efficiency through digital connectivity into every aspect of the ordering process, making it delightfully simple.

We’re leading the charge with a platform that is 10 times faster than the status quo. We connect with major hospitals, payors, and suppliers of life-saving products. Our vision of a “delightfully simple” digital ordering experience for clinicians pushes us forward to transforming the world of post-acute care.

We’ve built a strong network of clinicians, suppliers, health plans, and patients that we serve every day—but we’re ready to amplify our story in a bigger, more systematic way. That’s where you come in.

We seek a driven and results-oriented Module Solutions Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be critical in expanding existing customers usage of our Platform and growing revenue by selling and specializing in one of our cutting-edge solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle with existing accounts, with an emphasis on pitching, demoing, and closing for the solution you specialize in. This role is critical in our scaling efforts and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their business challenges.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to improve strategies and outcomes continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in healthcare a plus, and experience in Home Medical Equipment or equivalent post-acute care industries is a major plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
