Sr. Manager, Digital & Marketing Analytics

Los Angeles, CA

SUMMARY: We’re seeking a senior-level eCommerce expert with a proven track record of driving revenue through data-informed decision-making. Your insight will directly impact  Parachute’s marketing and promotional calendar, leveraging scenario-based models to deliver revenue, LTV, and margin goals across DTC and retail channels. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional leadership role — partnering closely with growth, merchandising, finance, creative, and retail teams — and influencing decisions that shape our topline performance. You’ll combine strategic foresight, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to fuel the marketing team’s continued success.

Reports to: SVP Marketing

Location: LA Based (in office 2 days a week)

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the head of marketing to build a data-informed go to market plan. Develop and run promotional scenario-planning models to forecast revenue, AOV, contribution margin, and LTV impacts across multiple campaign structures. Lead post-mortem analysis of major campaigns — delivering actionable insights at the channel, customer, and SKU levels to inform future strategy. Partner with finance and merchandising to optimize promotional trade-offs between topline growth and profitability.
  • Support analysis of customer health metrics and help translate findings into actionable marketing  strategies. Provide competitive landscape insights — identifying wallet share erosion, promotional gaps, and competitor strategy impacts on our business — and support development of counter-strategies. Support longitudinal tracking of customer behavior to identify changes in purchasing patterns, category affinities, and engagement over time, informing retention initiatives.
  •  Maintain an always-on performance dashboard (Looker/GA4) for real-time promotional and marketing decision-making. Establish and execute test-and-learn agendas (A/B tests, holdouts) for discounting, messaging, and timing; rigorously analyze results. Partner with Retention & Lifecycle and Performance Marketing teams to shape A/B test design — ensuring statistical rigor, clear success metrics, and meaningful analysis.  Drive operational readiness and discipline across teams — proactively flagging conflicts, gaps, or over-saturation in the calendar. Monitor competitor promotions, marketplace shifts, and channel dynamics (DTC, Amazon, peer brands, major retailers) to inform planning. Lead the budgeting and reforecasting workbooks that align revenue expectations with marketing spend with merchandising and planning to deliver to finance and board approval.
  • You’ll impact the strategic calendar that underpins our biggest revenue-driving moments. You’ll bring analytical discipline to every promotion, ensuring data — not instinct — guides decisions. You’ll influence company-wide planning, partnering across teams to grow with confidence, precision, and speed.

Who You Are:

  • 7–10 years of experience in analytical marketing, eCommerce, or merchandising strategy roles
  • Proven track record in DTC or omnichannel retail and high growth environments
  •  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders toward revenue-driving outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance analytics; highly proficient in Excel, SQL, Looker/Tableau, GA4.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce promotional levers (offer structure, depth, timing) and the ability to model multiple scenarios for business impact.
  • Experience impacting a marketing calendar. Skilled communicator able to present complex analysis in a clear, commercially relevant way to executives. Bonus: Experience with marketing attribution and omnichannel performance measurement.
  •  Revenue-obsessed — you connect every decision back to topline growth and profitability.
  • Cross-functional operator — you build trust and alignment across marketing, merchandising, finance, and creative.
  • Strategic yet execution-minded — you think big and deliver with precision.
  • Analytically relentless — you dig deep into the numbers and translate them into clear business actions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, mission-driven environment.
  • Contributor of thoughtful insights and helping to guide discussions toward productive outcomes whether its by identifying and measuring opportunities or risk and then lead suggestions of the course correction
  • You Own the Outcome and show up with rigor, accountability and a bias for action.
  • You Spring Forward and embrace everything with energy, adaptability, positivity and maturity.
  • You Build the Best and are committed to growth, dreaming big, and sharing and receiving feedback in the spirit of always improving.

What You’ll Get:

  • Free bedding for a great night’s sleep, an awesome discount and $300 worth of free product a year!
  • Health, dental and vision benefits with 100% employee coverage offering
  • Flexible vacation
  • 401k
  • Competitive salary and stock options

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
