Role Overview

That's why we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to tell our story to the world. If you’re passionate about building powerful personal brands and want to help reshape finance, we want to hear from you. As the Brand Marketing Lead at Paradex, you’ll play a key role in defining and shaping and amplifying our brand. You’ll work closely with our CEO to build and expand his personal brand, which is integral to the success of Paradex. Your work will help us create meaningful relationships with our community, announce game-changing product launches and drive growth in a way that serves our mission.

What You'll do

  1. Brand Strategy and Positioning:
    • Define and refine our brand voice, market positioning, and strategic messaging to make Paradex stand out.
    • Develop style and tone guides, key messaging frameworks, and content pillars that differentiate our product and platform in the market.
  2. Writing and Ghostwriting:
    • Collaborate directly with the CEO to build and enhance his personal brand on platforms like X and LinkedIn.
    • Craft impactful content that reflects the CEO’s vision and story, establishing strong parasocial relationships with our community.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze performance, and adjust tactics to maximize impact (We use Kaito.ai alot).
  3. Announcements:
    • Lead the charge on announcing product launches, events, and fundraising updates through various channels, including long-form content, social posts, and community updates.
    • Develop and execute a robust distribution strategy to ensure our messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
    • Collaborate with product and community teams to align marketing efforts with product goals and community engagement.
