Who You Are

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive Paradigm Health’s growth. The ideal candidate will be a key player in shaping our brand identity, expanding our market presence, and implementing strategies that align with our mission to transform the clinical research landscape.  

To excel in this role, you should be a strategic visionary with a passion for innovation and a strong commitment to improving patient access to clinical trials. You should have a proven track record of building a marketing strategy from scratch and adapting it in the face of uncertainty. You will bring a disciplined approach to developing and evaluating marketing programs that generate substantial pipeline coverage and measurable revenue. A willingness to be hands-on, execute tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Vision:  Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Paradigm’s mission to improve access to clinical trials and enhance trial efficiency. Ensure that marketing initiatives effectively communicate our unique value proposition and impact.
  • Product Marketing:  Lead the product marketing efforts for Paradigm’s platform, including developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging. Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure the platform meets market needs and effectively addresses customer pain points.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and contribute to revenue growth. This includes a deep understanding of the target audience, the buyer's journey, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • ROI Measurement: Measure and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities and campaigns. This includes a strong understanding of marketing metrics, data analysis techniques, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and strategic decision-making.
  • Market Understanding:  Conduct in-depth research to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends. Utilize these insights to refine marketing approaches and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Development:  Lead efforts to build and strengthen Paradigm’s brand identity. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Campaign Management:  Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our platform. Oversee the creation of content, including case studies, whitepapers, and digital assets.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry influencers, and investors. Represent Paradigm at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the department.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget. Ensure effective allocation of resources in alignment with strategic priorities.

What You Have Done

  • Experience: At least 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • B2B experience, specifically focused on selling technology or technology enabled services to biopharmaceuticals
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and product marketing strategies in both scaled and scrappy start-up environments with measurable results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in clinical trials, healthcare technology, or life sciences is highly desirable. 
  • Prior start-up experience or a clear history of building up marketing infrastructure and teams from scratch is strongly preferred
  • Additional pluses:
    • Account based marketing experience
    • Experience marketing technology solutions to provider organizations–i.e., healthcare systems and academic medical centers
