About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Southwest Region team. In this role, you will support marketing and proposal efforts that help grow Parametrix’s presence across the region.
You will work closely with technical teams, regional leaders, and other Parametrix marketing professionals to develop high-quality, client-focused proposals and qualification packages. Pursuits will range in size and complexity; however, this position will primarily coordinate smaller and mid-sized opportunities and provide support on larger, more complex pursuits led by senior marketing professionals.
This is an opportunity for an organized, collaborative marketing professional to contribute to meaningful project wins while continuing to grow their skills in proposal development, pursuit coordination, and professional services marketing.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule and work from one of our Parametrix Southwest offices located in Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, San Diego, or San Francisco. The role will include a combination of in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility while supporting collaboration and connection with regional teams.
Your Role on the Team
As a member of the Southwest Region marketing team, you will:
- Coordinate responses to RFQs, RFPs, statements of qualifications, and related marketing materials.
- Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and production plans to help teams meet submission requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with technical staff and pursuit leaders to gather information and develop clear, compelling, and client-focused content.
- Write, edit, format, and proofread proposal materials for consistency, accuracy, readability, and compliance.
- Support the development of win themes, differentiators, project descriptions, resumes, and other pursuit content.
- Coordinate proposal reviews, team meetings, document production, and final submission activities.
- Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other qualifications materials.
- Maintain accurate pursuit, client, and project information in the CRM system and other marketing databases.
- Track upcoming opportunities, pursuit activities, deadlines, outcomes, and related reporting information.
What You Bring to the Team
The ideal candidate brings:
- 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or business development, preferably within engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
- Experience coordinating RFQ, RFP, and statement of qualifications responses.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document-production skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and follow solicitation requirements.
- A collaborative, proactive, and client-service-focused approach.
