About the Opportunity
Parametrix is hiring an Infrastructure Risk Manager to support high-profile, complex infrastructure programs. In this role, you will provide leadership in managing risk throughout project development and delivery, collaborating with client agencies, consultants, and stakeholders to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks that could affect project cost, schedule, safety, or performance. This position may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity from any Parametrix office.
Your Role on the Team:
- Lead risk identification and assessment efforts across technical, financial, environmental, and delivery-related aspects of complex infrastructure programs.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies that align with program objectives and partner expectations.
- Facilitate risk workshops and manage the risk register with diverse teams and agency partners.
- Provide ongoing risk monitoring and reporting, ensuring updates and actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Serve as a senior advisor on risk management strategies, delivery methods, and governance processes for large infrastructure programs.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management for large-scale transportation or infrastructure programs.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods (e.g., CM/GC, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build) and public agency processes.
- Experience facilitating risk workshops and leading risk strategy development on high-stakes projects.
- Familiarity with programmatic risk tools (e.g., @Risk, Primavera, Excel-based risk registers) and strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Salary Range
$150,000 - $180,000 USD
Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
