About the Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding experience for Pareto’s growing client base. As the primary point of contact during implementation, you will ensure a smooth and efficient transition to Pareto’s innovative benefits financing and cost management solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping first impressions, driving client satisfaction, and fueling long-term growth. 

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will manage client communications, coordinate onboarding efforts, track documentation and deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for Members and Consultants. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a trusted implementation partner to health benefits consultants and their clients, ensuring timely and successful onboarding before the stop-loss policy effective date.  
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and consultants by delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Account Management, and Cost Containment Operations to support seamless transitions pre- and post-implementation.   
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions with clarity and confidence—guiding clients through next steps, key timelines, and Pareto’s solutions while ensuring responsive, accurate support.
  • Coordinate communication across clients, consultants, stop-loss carriers, and internal teams to proactively resolve questions and keep onboarding on track.
  • Own the tracking of implementation progress, documentation, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely, successful onboarding and provide visibility across the organization.
  • Champion operational improvements and lead cross-functional projects that elevate the customer experience and drive scalability.   

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or project/account management role (preferably in health benefits or insurance)   
  • Experience working in CRM systems, including SFDC  
  • Excellent customer relationship management, communication and presentation skills   
  • Strong project management skills with impeccable attention to detail   
  • Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, work autonomously and knows when to escalate  
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Proactive, with a bias toward action and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
