Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Elevate Veterinary Care at Parker & Ace
- Deliver exceptional patient care, from wellness exams to advanced surgical procedures, setting the gold standard in veterinary medicine.
- Guide and support our veterinary team, implementing best practices and ensuring a collaborative, compassionate approach.
- Champion Parker & Ace’s commitment to outstanding client care and innovative treatments.
- Drive Parker & Ace’s Growth & Operations
- Partner with practice ownership in strategic growth initiatives, budgeting, and operational improvements.
- Mentor veterinarians and support staff, fostering a positive culture centered around clinical excellence and teamwork.
- Contribute to resource allocation, client engagement strategies, and potential expansion plans that align with our goals.
- Enhance Client Relationships & Community Impact
- Strengthen Parker & Ace’s reputation by building lasting client relationships and delivering compassionate, expert care to pets and their families.
- Be the face of Parker & Ace at community events, client education sessions, and outreach programs.
- Promote a welcoming environment where clients feel connected, informed, and confident in the care their pets receive.
- Ownership & Business Development
- Actively contribute to business planning, including service diversification, facility enhancements, and revenue growth.
- Enjoy financial success directly tied to Parker & Ace’s growth as a partial owner.
- Collaborate in a supportive ownership model that values both your clinical expertise and business acumen.
What Parker & Ace is Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice in D.C. or willing to obtain.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proven proficiency in surgery, diagnostics, and patient care.
- A blend of clinical and business savvy, with an interest in growing Parker & Ace.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client communication and team leadership.

$180,000 - $200,000 USD
