Are you a passionate and dedicated leader who is looking to join a premier animal care company? Parker & Ace is seeking a talented Area Manager to oversee the successful integration and operation of acquired veterinary practices. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in veterinary care and acquisitions who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in a veterinary leadership role, such as Practice Manager, Area Manager, or similar.
  • Proven success in acquisitions or integration projects, including onboarding teams and aligning operations.
  • Past experience with P&L in a clinical environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple locations and navigating change management processes.
  • Proficiency with practice management systems and operational tools.
  • Willingness to travel within your area (up to 50%).
  • A natural motivator. You have a knack for getting people on board. 
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to speak and relate to different personalities.
  • You have a can-do / get-it-done attitude and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves.
  • A talented problem solver. You can figure things out on the fly and also identify long-term solutions.
  • You are self-motivated and work well independently.
  • You stay calm under pressure and are able to quickly de-escalate situations. 
  • You have experience working in the veterinary field.
  • You love animals and have a sense of humor! 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and resilience.
  • Manage the clinic’s P&L and revenue, identifying opportunities to increase top line, lower operating costs, and improve team efficiencies.
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple veterinary practices within your area, ensuring alignment with Parker & Ace’s standards and values.
  • Lead the onboarding of newly acquired practices, including team support, system transitions, and workflow optimization.
  • Develop strong partnerships with practice staff, veterinarians, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing collaboration.
  • Monitor practice performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and patient care.

The compensation package is based on the candidate's professional experience and certifications. 

Parker & Ace Compensation Range

$90,000 - $120,000 USD
