Role

The Technical Enablement Program Manager will own the full lifecycle of our internal and external learning and enablement programs.  The role is both hands-on and strategic and is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating scalable training programs that empower employees, partners, and customers to succeed.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role. The role will not manage a team, but rather own and drive execution—collaborating cross-functionally while personally developing and delivering modern, engaging learning content. Success in this role requires a strong balance of strategy and execution, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach to instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The role will partner with subject matter experts in product, services, and engineering to build outcome-driven training programs aligned to our business goals.

Responsibilities

- Program Ownership

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product, engineering, and services teams to ensure enablement efforts stay aligned with evolving needs
  • Advocate for SME availability and support within the organization
  • Manage project timelines, training calendars, and program logistics—personally driving execution without a support team

- Content Development

  • Work directly with internal experts to turn complex technical information into clear, useful training
  • Develop content in a variety of formats like videos, guides, simulations, labs, and online courses
  • Build learning paths for different audiences, such as new hires, engineers, support teams, and external users
  • Make sure all content is accurate, consistent, and effective using proven instructional design practices
  • Keep track of training needs and manage a list of content projects from start to finish

- Deliver, Measure & Improve Training

  • Establish learning KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure effectiveness and adoption
  • Measure and ensure training content meets standards for accuracy, consistency, and instructional effectiveness
  • Roll out training through live sessions, digital platforms, or self-paced courses
  • Upload and organize content in the learning system so it’s easy to find and use
  • Collect feedback from learners and look at usage data to see what’s working
  • Make changes based on feedback to improve the learning experience
  • Experiment with new training formats like microlearning, certifications, or gamified lessons to keep content fresh and engaging

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Instructional Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Learning & Development or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering technical learning programs in a software or enterprise technology environment
  • While deep technical expertise in our specific product is not required, experience with MES platforms (such as TrakSYS) or certification in enterprise manufacturing software is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work with technical SMEs to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content
  • Proven ability to gather feedback and iterate based on learner needs and organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, MES, ERP, or plant operations
  • Strong command of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and adult learning principles

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
