The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and experienced Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our NYC clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in phlebotomy and also brings operational know-how to support clinic workflows, inventory management, and patient experience initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high standard of care, safety, and efficiency in a modern, high-touch wellness environment.

What You’ll Do: 

• Phlebotomy & Clinical Support
• Perform venipunctures and specimen collection with high proficiency
• Label, process, and prepare samples for shipment to external labs
• Ensure proper patient identification and maintain accurate documentation
• Operational Support
• Monitor and restock medical and lab inventory
• Assist with ordering and tracking lab kits and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance of the lab and exam spaces
• Support daily clinic opening/closing procedures and patient flow
• Handle drop-off and support for all specimen shipments
• Patient Interaction & Communication
• Educate patients on the phlebotomy process and answer related questions
• Document interactions in the EMR system and communicate clearly with the care team
• Uphold a welcoming and professional patient experience

What You’ll Need: 

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required
• 2+ years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a high-volume and/or wellness-oriented setting
• Experience with clinic operations or administrative support in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Cerbo, Acuity, etc..)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Schedule & Location:

• Part-Time: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: Parsley Health NYC Center
• Occasional flexibility for coverage or extended hours as needed

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
