WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Video Development & Editing

• Collaborate with instructional designers, marketing strategists, and clients to conceptualize video content.
• Assist with the development of storyboards and visual frameworks that align with healthcare marketing goals and learning objectives.
• Design and animate compelling motion graphics, infographics, and visual elements to simplify complex healthcare concepts.
• Create engaging animations for explainer videos, eLearning modules, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit raw footage to produce polished videos, ensuring high-quality output that adheres to brand standards and client expectations.
• Integrate voiceovers, background music, and sound effects to enhance the final product.

Project Management

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and project-scope based on your contribution
• Self-manage smaller projects

Technology

• Continually build your expertise in various design and development tools (e.g Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, & Vyond)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Formal training in Graphic Design required
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Life Sciences an asset
• Ability to create videos in Canva, Vyond, and Adobe Premiere/After Effects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and to work independently and collaborate in a high-performance team environment with demanding deadlines
• Demonstrated skills in critical thinking
• Demonstrated ability navigating ambiguity and problem-solving capabilities
