What we are looking for:
Partner Forces is seeking a Program Analyst to support cyber operations within a high-visibility DHS program. In this role, you will play a critical role in keeping workstreams aligned, stakeholders informed, and deliverables on track. You’ll bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment by managing priorities, coordinating across teams, and ensuring clear and consistent communication. This role blends project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical editing—ideal for someone who thrives in complexity and takes initiative to move work forward.
What you will do as a Program Analyst:
- Provide project management support for the cyber operations workstream, helping track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Manage JIRA boards, support agile workflows, and ensure accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate and track incoming Correspondence and Task Tracking Tool (CATT) taskers—ensuring timely assignment and completion
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal teams to clarify direction, coordinate efforts, and maintain momentum on key priorities.
- Align cross-functional work (e.g., operations, planning, intel) to promote effective information sharing and streamlined execution.
- Serve as a thought partner to the federal lead by helping organize priorities and drive progress.
- Provide high-quality technical editing and document review to ensure materials are polished and client-ready.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, such as meeting notes, action trackers, and status updates.
- Draft and prepare briefing materials, memos, and reports for senior government audiences.
- Facilitate and participate in stakeholder meetings, synthesizing feedback and aligning next steps.
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge management efforts by identifying and documenting best practices.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen (the nature of our contract requires employees be US citizens).
- Secret clearance required.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Experience supporting or managing projects in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar agile project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and support stakeholder success.
- Technical writing or editing experience, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
- Experience supporting DHS or federal cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience working across matrixed teams or multi-disciplinary workstreams.
- Ability to be on-site in Arlington, VA 2 days/week.

Annual Salary Range
$80,000 - $115,000 USD
