About the Role

Over the last year, there has been a dramatic expansion in insurance-covered maternal health services, especially doula care, through both Medicaid and commercial payers. At the heart of this role is building and operating a best-in-class patient and provider experience that enables new populations to access high quality perinatal health care, through their insurance. 

As Operations Manager, you will support successful launches across B2B partnerships, new product features, and service line insurance expansion in Partum Health’s three active geographies. Key to this work is managing provider credentialing to expand the in-network provider workforce, ensuring there is enough provider supply to meet the growing patient demand. You will work cross-functionally across Client Care, Clinical Operations, and Business Development to rollout new workflows that support referrals from external partners, improve provider onboarding, and deepen patient engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Head of Operations, design and implement patient, provider, internal team workflows that support business growth across B2B partnerships and expanded service line insurance coverage.
  • Lead expansion of in-network provider workforce, managing a credentialing contractor, project-managing provider credentialing, and developing processes that support a rapidly scaling workforce across multiple states, service lines, and payers.
  • Partner with the Client Care team to support expansion into new patient populations, from partner referral through onboarding, care engagement, outcomes measurement.
  • Support operationalization of product launches through QA, updating internal documentation, and post-deploy impact assessment and iteration. 
  • Serve as a team expert on patient and provider journeys, including in-depth knowledge of platforms and processes (CRM, EHR, RCM).
  • As needed, support additional operational initiatives including client payments, provider invoicing, and clinical workflow support.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5-7 years of professional experience within a high-growth healthcare environment.
  • Experience with workflow design via no-code automation platforms (Zapier and/or in-platform logic builders).
  • Strong project management, systems-thinking, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of success operating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred

  • Platform experience with any of the following: Tellescope, Healthie, ActiveCampaign, Airtable, Webflow, WhaleSync.
  • Experience in provider onboarding, credentialing, and data management, and/or healthcare RCM.
  • Experience and interest in building with AI tools, especially in agentic workflows.
  • Experience with data analysis in Google Sheets, building analytic dashboards, and using data to make strategic decisions. 

Location & Schedule

  • Location: Fully remote, US-based
  • Anticipated Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm, ET or CT working hours preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The total target base compensation for this role will be between $100,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment, .
  • Partum Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time employees. 

Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Partum Health-sponsored benefits.
