Project Manager - Concessions Consulting Services

OVERVIEW
Paslay Group is recruiting a PROJECT MANAGER - CONCESSIONS CONSULTING SERVICES to serve clients at multiple locations. Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years’ experience in the airport concessions business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will lead and execute client concessions consulting engagements, from collaborating with airport leaders to executing the project plan, scheduling resources, developing concessions master plans, developing and executing RFPs, and day-to-day client interactions.
The Project Manager is expected to lead cross-functional teams, be knowledgeable about overall airport functions, and have exceptional analytical, financial, and project management skills.
Candidates' airport concessions experience should include:
- Developing business strategies to improve the concessions program performance.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leaders, staff, and other stakeholders to develop and effectively communicate strategies and to secure executive support for program decisions.
- Developing and reviewing financial analytics to inform strategies and tactics.
- Developing business models for optimizing airport revenues.
- Reviewing and facilitating quality concessions design and construction.
- Developing KPIs to track program performance, assess risks, and guide programs toward timely completion.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.A. in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
- 10 years’ experience in airport concessions management. Familiarity with airport planning, building design, and construction. Experience leading concessions planning, leasing, operations, and financial performance.
- Ability to collaborate and to perform independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- U.S. citizenship. Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience delivering professional, persuasive communications to senior leadership and executives, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional critical thinking and business strategy skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
While performing this role, you must have ordinary ambulatory skills to move around the office and visit other locations. You should be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights (10-50 pounds). Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and visual acuity are required for keyboard work and reading technical documentation. You will frequently sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and listen.
