Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Creator Success Manager to join our team, focused on the sports vertical. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our sports creators, managing onboarding, and driving expansion and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for supporting creative talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creator Training and Retention:
- Manage and oversee the onboarding process and assist in platform setup.
- Provide training and resources to ensure creators maximize their content's impact and monetization potential.
- Collaborate with the Creator Support teams to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to creators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Gather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience.
- Revenue Growth:
- Assist creators in leveraging our monetization tools effectively, such as subscription models, core features, and tips.
- Help creators develop strategies to increase their subscriber base and earnings.
- Drive revenue by identifying, pitching and negotiating new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to the needs of your creators.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer success, account management, or similar function.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Passion for the creator economy and supporting the success of creators.
- Nice to have: proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Tableau, SQL)
