The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (3-5 years experience) to develop and see through to fruition end-to-end creative marketing strategies and campaigns that highlight and elevate the Passes brand, our creators and community. You will be identifying trends within the Passes community and broader tech landscape and using those insights to develop 360 degree Go To Market plans that bring Passes to life online and IRL. You will work cross-functionally across the entire business and work closely with a number of core teams including Product, Partnerships, Comms and Creator Success to deliver on that strategy. If you’re a data-driven marketer who knows how to bring together teams, plan, launch campaigns, grow audiences, and build brand loyalty—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Campaigns & Strategy → Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate Passes’ presence.
  • Brand Awareness & Growth → Develop strategies to attract and retain creators while positioning Passes as a leader in the space.
  • Content & Messaging → Oversee marketing materials, email campaigns, and paid media to ensure strong, consistent branding.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends → Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, creator culture shifts, and viral opportunities.
  • Optimize & Measure → Track key marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably in tech, media, or creator-focused industries.
  • Proven track record in executing high-impact, innovative  marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email automation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
