The Role
Weâre looking for an Manager-Level (3-5 years experience) Social Media and Brand Content Manager to own the strategy, creation and execution of content across all social platforms, and ensure cohesion across OOH/ ATL advertising content Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Creator Officer and working closely with Design, Partnerships, Creator Success, Comms and Product teams, youâll be responsible for owning the strategy, creation and execution of content across all social platforms and management of part-time social content creators to ensure a consistent high-quality content output. This role will also include managing community interactions, building guidelines and processes for resharing creator content, analyzing performance data, and staying updated on social media trends to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
What Youâll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Execute social media content strategy aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Own the content calendarâplan, schedule, and manage posts across platforms.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects Passes brand ethos and identity with creators (existing and potential) as our primary audience
- Monitor trends, engage with the community, and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
Content Creation & Brand Identity
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Office and Head of Comms to ensure a consistent visual and messaging style and positioning with a focus on original video content
- Oversee and contribute to the design, copywriting, and video production for social media content via content creators
- Manage and curate user-generated content (UGC) and creator submissions to align with brand standards.
- Collaborate with partnerships, creator success and product to support brand and product marketing campaigns and creator launches or key milestones in a systematic, transparent and fair way.
- Use Figma, GoogleSuite and Sprout Social to assist in content planning, asset organization, and light design work.
- Be comfortable on camera, creating BTS team content, breaking down the science of ketones, and educating audiences on how to use them effectively.
Performance & Growth
- Track and analyze key KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions) and more (with a focus on attracting, retaining and growing our community of creators)
- Continuously optimize content and posting strategies based on performance insights.
- Test new formats and trends to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

What You Bring
- 3 - 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation (CPG or wellness brands a plus).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, IconoSquare or equivalent).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and community engagement.
- Comfortable being camera-facing, whether for behind-the-scenes team content or breaking down ketone science and product usage.
- Bonus: Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or short-form content production.
