Pathstream is hiring a Head of B2B Marketing. This is a full-time exempt role reporting to the CEO.

THE ROLE

As Pathstream expands its work with Fortune 500 companies, we are seeking a Head of B2B Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that generates demand and drives acquisition and engagement across all of our target B2B industries. This role requires close collaboration with our Revenue team to find ways to accelerate the sales cycle and deepen engagement across multiple personas. Our B2B marketing function is still in the early stages of development, and you will be working to take it to the next level. You will be expected to come in, assess what we have in place today, and begin to suggest changes that could make a meaningful difference in our company’s ability to land new customers.

  • Developing and implementing a strategy to generate awareness for Pathstream amongst our target buyers in key industries and support the growth of our sales funnel. This could include:
    • Building out Pathstream’s web presence and social media
    • Developing and executing paid media and advertising campaigns that grow our MQLs and convert them to SQLs
    • Supporting Sales in optimizing conference participation
    • Developing and managing new co-marketing and channel partnerships
    • Figuring out our earned media and PR strategy
    • Creating compelling case studies and stories that showcase the business and human impact of Pathstream
  • Optimizing and building a B2B marketing team
    • Managing an existing team of employees and contractors, and growing the team over time
    • Developing and managing agency relationships, where needed

ABOUT YOU 

  • Excited about developing the potential of  frontline workers
  • Experienced B2B marketer with at least 10+ years of relevant experience ideally in selling an early-stage product to Fortune 500 companies
  • Strategic thinker with sufficient experience across a range of marketing domains so as to be able to flex as the situation demands
  • Incredible storyteller who can flex between creating compelling business ROI case studies and crafting moving stories of users whose lives have been impacted by Pathstream
  • Experience with leading marketing teams but not afraid to dive in and get hands dirty where needed, especially in the early days
  • Data savvy, slideware proficient and experienced with a range of systems used by our teams (Hubspot, etc..)

    • Zone 1: Salary - $174,000-220,000; Total Cash - $198,000-$250,000
    • Zone 2: Salary - $156,000-198,000; Total Cash - $180,000-$225,000
    • Zone 3: Salary - $150,000-$175,000; Total Cash $160,000-$200,000
