Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly 

Job Summary  

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Programmatic Targeting & Pricing, as part of our Campaign Targeting & Pricing function. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our programmatic media campaigns by ensuring precise audience targeting and effective pricing strategies that identify opportunities to maximize yield and drive growth. You will be responsible for creating structure and processes as well as overseeing all aspects of campaign scoping and pricing for programmatic targeting & pricing. You will be collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to achieve campaign objectives. 

What You’ll Do 

The Manager, Programmatic Targeting & Pricing is responsible for campaign strategy & planning, audience targeting, price determination, campaign optimization, platform management, as well as analytics & reporting.  

  • Collaborate with our client-facing sales team to develop compelling and customized proposals that align with client objectives and budgets. 
  • Develop and present proposal options that reflect a thorough understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Deliver innovative, targeted, measurable, and impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences and strategic goals.
  • Utilize strategic expertise to navigate clients through various programmatic campaign options.
  • Analyze audience data, demographics, market trends, and pharmaceutical sales data to create and refine targeting strategies, maximizing reach and engagement. This includes scoping campaigns, establishing goals, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement and iterate on processes to optimize efficiency while maintaining agility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with ad operations and reporting teams to execute campaigns, manage platforms, and provide regular updates on impressions, click-through rates, and other pertinent KPIs.
  • Partner with the insights and enablement team to establish, execute, and deliver audience quality and script lift insights.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. 

What We Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Healthcare or related field)
  • Experience in programmatic media buying or digital advertising, with a focus on campaign targeting and pricing management.
  • Experience building and leading a highly effective and functional team as well as managing operational workflows.
  • A strong understanding and experience working with programmatic ecosystems, including RTB, DSPs, and data management platforms.
  • Proficiency in using programmatic advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges.
  • The ability to analyze data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and optimize advertising strategies accordingly is crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools, are required.

Desired Qualifications 

  • Knowledge and prior use of Salesforce, Tableau and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical data and/or the Point of Care industry is a plus.
