Job Summary
The Senior Vice Present, Client Solutions Emerging Digital Media will develop a comprehensive strategy to commercialize and monetize emerging digital solutions that are a critical component of the company's growth objectives. This involves owning the achievement of revenue targets and growth projections, identifying new market opportunities, optimizing inventory utilization, maximizing the GTM sales pipeline, and creating a roadmap for sales expansion and growth. Must have a deep understanding of mastery of modern digital media channels (including programmatic and data strategies), market trends, the competitive landscape, and a deep understanding of customer needs and buying pain points to develop a robust strategy that fuel sales growth throughout our long-range plan. Strategically drives relationships across both agencies and clients simultaneously to create a unique and ownable value proposition for PatientPoint. They have a focus on revenue growth and can think and act strategically to shape the offerings to clients as a “must have” aspect of their media buy and commercial strategy. They lead and collaborate cross-functionally, creating infrastructure and process where needed, to enable their teams to effectively support our clients and our revenue targets. They coach and mentor across Client Sales and partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Unit President to execute and lead enterprise growth initiatives. Will lead a team to drive revenue via direct contributions as well as coaching and developing others. Bring feedback from clients to enhance products and operations and work collaboratively with other sales leads and commercial teams to drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for emerging digital media including our new offering PatientPoint Focus, our expanded offering through programmatic exchanges, PageScience and new products aligned with the company's objectives
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets and growth projections for emerging digital media channels, identifying new market opportunities and creating a roadmap for sales expansion and growth.
- Develop and implement the long-term sales strategy across therapeutic areas/brands/clients, in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Execute and lead key priority enterprise growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively establish and build relationships with key decision makers at agencies and clients, showcasing the value proposition that PatientPoint will provide to their specific business needs.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of sales programs and initiatives.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead and mentor across the full sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to expand market share and increase the company's presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and strategic partners.
- Establish relationships and access key decision makers at current Pharma and agencies.

Desired Qualifications
- 12+ years sales experience and proven success; agency, media or healthcare sales experience preferred
- 10+ years of programmatic and data sales leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong Interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain successful relationships
- Detail-orientation – strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible and open to learning/coaching/mentoring to improve success
- “Can do” attitude in an environment of entrepreneurship and opportunity, with changing priorities

Base Salary Band: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00
Plus Sizeable Commission Structure
